Back Pain... huhu

Dah ada back pain ney nak molah owh... tahan lah nyawa tok... mun sik, sik dapat bersesah, nyidei baju, masak, nyapu lantey... Alamak kulit kaki gik terkupas tok... heheh. Macam-macam jadi eh. Masa nak trn keja tek ingat pegi klinik nak cek jak sakit perut ngan belakang tok, sekali kenak berik duak hari mc. Alhamdulillah. Esok nak pegi klinik kesihatan ibu & anak gik di bebuloh nun. nak g ready semua barang lok k. chow.

Pregnancy Week by Week

Mother:

Your nausea may actually get worse this week as your hormone levels rise. Remember it's called morning sickness, but it can strike at any point of the day. Your breasts may tingle, feel heavy, the areola (dark nipple portion) may become darker.

Avoid changing cat litter for there is a risk of toxoplasmosis. Let someone else do this duty for while. Toxoplasmosis can cause problems with pregnancy or your newborn, but most women who have cats have already had toxoplasmosis, and just believed it to be the flu. So don't get rid of the cat, just let someone else change the litter.

Baby:

Another busy week for your baby. By the end of the week your baby will be 4-6 mm Crown to Rump (CR). The larynx starts to form as does the inner ear. The lining of the placenta begins developing but the placenta will take over production of the hormones in week 12.

The heart is bulging from the body and circulation is well established. Limb buds appear this week. And the primordia of the liver, pancreas, lungs, and stomach are evident. Transvaginal ultrasound can pick up 86% of the fetal poles with heart motion, and 100% of the yolk sacs at this point.


Dad/Partner:

It's not easy watching the mom-to-be in your life feel ill. Be sure to ask her what you can do to help. Sometimes a cool wash cloth for her face and neck is helpful, sometimes bringing her a snack before she gets out of bed can help and sometimes she just wants to be alone.

KEROPOK LEKOR LOSONG

Bahan-bahannya
7 ekor ikan selayang / kembong
5 sudu besar tepung kanji/sagu/ubi kayu
Garam secukup rasa

Cara-cara membuatnya
1. Bersihkan ikan dan ambil isi dan kulitnya sahaja.
2. "Blend" isi ikan tadi sampai hancur ( jangan gunakan air). Gunakan mesin blender untuk "blend" kering. (Dulu orang pakai lesung).
3. Campurkan garam dan tepung tadi.
4. Uli sehingga sebati.
5. Uli bahan-bahan tadi sebati dan bentukkan ia memanjang (sejengkal).
6. Rebus dalam air mendidih. Pastikan air betul mendidih.
7. Bila keropok itu timbul menandakan ia telah masak.

Bagi orang Terengganu, keropok rebus lebih sedap dimakan berbanding yang digoreng. Akan tetapi, kebanyakan orang luar menganggap keropok rebus sebagai keropok mentah. Jadi mereka hanya akan memakan keropok yang digoreng sahaja.

8. Sejukkan dan bolehlah di goreng.
Resepi Pencicah Keropok
Bahan-bahannya
400ml air
150gm gula merah
3 sudu besar cili kisar
60ml air dicampur dengan
1 sudu makan asam jawa
2cm kiub belacan
garam secukup rasa

Cara-cara membuatnya
1. Jerang semua bahan hingga mendidih.
2. Perlahankan api dan
3. Renihkan hingga pekat kemudian angkat.

Wonderful News

5 Januari 2011 bersamaan dengan 30 Muharam 1432 Hijrah aku dapat sigek very-very goodnews utk kmk duak laki bini.... Aku preggy.... Sikmok nak over excited dolok lah... tok masih early stage juak, minggu tok baruk nak masuk 6 weeks. I have to be extra careful with myself rite now. Wish me all the best ok...

UPT yang aku polah b4 pegi jumpa doktor to reconfirm on the 6th jan. Ada dua line, so positif lah ya kan. hehe. Happy gilak.
